 Kimberly Jones, President - Operating Officer

Kimberly Jones is a skilled negotiator and an agent of change. She is a strong leader with extensive experienced in operations and IT management including health care and health insurance. She is articulate, able to communicate with C-level executives, as well as, operations staff. 

With over 
20 years of leadership experience, 15 years being in healthcare and the health insurance industry, Ms. Jones has spent the last five years specifically dedicated to building manage care models under Medicaid and Medicare. These models included (but were not limited to) Medicaid, Medicaid Plus, mental health, health homes, telehealth, home & community based services, maternal & newborn health, and disease management designed to improve patient health and reduce inpatient hospital stays.

Watching small business owners grow their business is exciting. Ms Jones has held the role of Director of a target population Small Business Development Center (SBDC) grant funded by the Small Business Administration and the Michigan Department of Rehabilitation in the past. Recently she successfully collaborated with small businesses in Libya and Syria helping them expand their business vision.

Ms Jones has a Masters Certificate in Healthcare Information Management, an Advanced Certificate in Project Management, Graduate Studies in Vocational Rehabilitation & Rehabilitation Counselling, and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology with an interest in Organizational Development. She is also a Six Sigma Champion.

Kimberly Jones has previously lived in Saudi Arabia, traveled extensively throughout the MENA and globally, and has worked internationally. She writes articles for online journals regarding Syria for the past three years discussing the human impacts of the Syrian War. She is a native English speaker, speaks French semi-fluently and speaks some Arabic

Vlastimir Milosavljevic, Vice President - Director International Development

Mr. Milosavljevic served the UNDP CO Libya as Sr. Technical Adviser in Procurement and Contracting (P5/5) and as Sr. Adviser in Procurement and Contracting for the Libyan government (03/2009 – 07/2011). Prior to joining the UNDP in Libya, Mr. Milosavljevic worked as the Country Director of the America’s Development Foundation (ADF) in Southeastern Europe, headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia. His experience includes management and supervision of U.S. Federal grants, intergovernmental and private/public cooperation, agribusiness and SME development, community development, export and investment facilitation, association building, institutional and NGO capacity building, strategic planning, program evaluation and project management.

Prior to joining ADF, Mr. Milosavljevic worked three years for a major contractor of the United States Agency for International Development in Serbia as an SME program specialist, one year as COO for a local international trade firm, and three years in Poland as a business development manager with a Polish international trade and consulting enterprise. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Milosavljevic was the president and CEO of an Austrian international trade company with an operational presence in several countries. Before the outbreak of armed conflicts in former Yugoslavia, Mr. Milosavljevic worked in executive positions for major Serbian export corporations. In these capacities, he managed all operations, including finance, marketing, procurement, sales, admin, banking, reporting, and human resources.

Mr. Milosavljevic holds a J.D. Degree from the University of Belgrade School of Law. He was the Vice President of the Serbian Association of Small and Medium Enterprisesand President of Serbia’s Development Organization. His professional training includes Financial Management of USAID Awards, USAID Administrative Compliance Requirements, Economic Development, Business Planning, Marketing and International Trade, and UN/UNDP certificates related to UNDP rank P5/5. He is a Certified International Procurement Professional (PIPP) through IAPM. Mr. Milosavljevic speaks five languages, including English, Polish, German, Russian and Serbian.
